A.T.Srinivasan is a graduate of the prestigious Indian Institute of technology from which he passed out in 1984 with a degree in Electrical and Electronics engineering. Post his graduation Srini has spent 31 years in IT with defence, manufacturing, airport, Service, retail and aviation industries.

He started his career with Xerox in India and after working across different areas of IT with Xerox left them 1992 to join Emirates. He spent 16 years with Emirates based in Dubai handling different responsibilities in IT and helped set up Mercator the IT solution and services selling arm of Emirates. He left the Emirates group as a Senior Vice President for IT and joined Qatar Airways as a CIO.

For the last seven years Srini has been working at Qatar Airways. Qatar Airways is one of the fastest growing airlines in the world with a young fleet of over 100 aircraft and was named as Airline of the year by Skytrax recently which is one of the most prestigious awards in Aviation. Srini is responsible for all aspects of IT for Qatar Airways and its subsidiary companies. He is also responsible for IT at Hamad international airport.

Srini is married with two sons and is a passionate football follower in his free time. His other passion is reading.
