Nishino san has been the Board Member of Japan Contact Center education and Qualification Association and has also been the Vice Chairman of IT Service ManagementForum Japan. The forum has over 250 large companies as its members. He is also the Founder of the Project Management Institute Tokyo Japan Chapter. He also introduced COPC, a Global Standard for Contact Center in Japan and is a Member of Internet Salon which was organized by Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications. 

Earlier in his career Nishino san was also the Special Advisor to the Dean at San Francisco State University. 

Nishino san has studied at Göthenburg University(Göthenburg, Sweden)and also at the Waseda University, EducationalDepartmentin Tokyo, Japan.
