Kevin S. Parikh is the Global CEO and Sr. Partner of Avasant. Mr. Parikh provides the global corporate leadership for Avasant that governs its lines of business across all of the geographical regions where Avasant does business. Mr. Parikh also serves as the Chairman of Avasant Foundation.


Mr. Parikh works closely with many of Avasant’s strategic clients across both the commercial and government sectors including national governments in the emerging economic areas of the world. In this regard, he also works on a global basis with the World Bank, the Rockefeller Foundation, the U.S. Government, and other United Nations funded and driven projects.


Mr. Parikh specializes in complex client initiatives and transformative opportunities where senior executive communication and sponsorship provide additional value. Other areas of expertise include advisory on strategic enterprise transformation, joint ventures, service negotiations, strategic management, business risk, and corporate governance. He has also testified as an expert on numerous business and technology issues.


Mr. Parikh is a frequent speaker at numerous industry events and conferences including Rockefeller Foundation, Gartner’s Summit, IAOP’s Summit, Southland Technology Conference, and NASSCOM’s India Leadership Forum. Based in Los Angeles, California, Mr. Parikh is a sought-out expert and speaker on digital and business transformation and has published numerous widely-distributed white papers, articles, and texts.


Prior to leading Avasant, Mr. Parikh was a Vice President for Gartner where he was the Global Practice Lead for Business Services Sourcing. He has also worked for KPMG and was a Presidential appointee to the One America Commission.


Relevant Engagements; Mr. Parikh has been a part of numerous enterprise transformation initiatives that span major clients and several industry sectors.


Past engagement experience with Fluor dates back to 2005 where he was the engagement leader across multiple consulting projects with the company. Fluor business area experience include IT, Finance, Procurement, Legal Services Travel, and Engineering. Some of those projects included Fluor POL assessment, Intergraph assessment, SAP systems integrator selection, travel services selection, legal services case management system selection, legal services rate benchmarking, and the IBM-Fluor services restructuring.
