A Genpact executive officer, Mohit Thukral is responsible for leading Genpact‘s Banking, Financial Services & Insurance (BFSI) businesses globally along with overseeing operations in Genpact’s Philippines region. An expert in business transformation, Mohit has been instrumental in building the company’s BFSI and Healthcare verticals, including developing innovative and commercial business models that have driven growth and significant business outcomes for clients. He has also served as the executive sponsor of Genpact’s growing business in Australia, overseeing large client relationships and establishing new accounts.

Mohit has played a key role in shaping Genpact’s global business operations and corporate strategy, having led a number of Genpact’s key acquisitions resulting in substantial growth. A proven leader with expertise in developing strong client relationships, he has the passion for building outstanding teams that effectively deliver services strengthened by technology solutions, analytics, domain expertise, and operational excellence.

Mohit began his GE/Genpact journey in 1998 and has held various leadership roles of increasing responsibility in business development, global Six Sigma, process excellence, and delivery. He also played an important leadership role in the transformation of GECIS to Genpact. Prior to joining GE/Genpact, he was responsible for sales and product development at Xerox.

Mohit earned a bachelor’s degree in economics and has also completed the Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School. An industry thought leader, Mohit is an active member in the IT and BPO industry trade association NASSCOM and currently serves as an elected member of its Executive Council. Mohit is also responsible for driving Genpact’s corporate citizenship strategies and social innovation initiatives in partnership with NASSCOM.
