Rohit Kapoor is the Vice Chairman and CEO of EXL. He co-founded the company in 1999 and since then has held various roles including CFO and President and Chief Operating Officer. Rohit has helped create a business model that is high growth, futuristic, sustainable and built on the premise of delivering tangible business impact to customers. As a former business head at Deutsche Bank, Rohit led a marketing team that serviced clients in Europe, the Middle East and the Indian Sub-continent. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Rohit worked for eight years with Bank of America. Rohit is an active member of NASSCOM BPM Forum. He also serves on the Board of CA Technologies (NASDAQ:CA). He holds a B.Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, India and an MBA degree from Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, India (an affiliate of Harvard Business School)
