Since July 2013, Shigeaki has been serving as the Director of Japan Desk based in Delhi, developing Japanese accounts in India as well as facilitating the delivery of projects as a “bridge consultant”. Throughout his15 years of experience in Accenture, his career has been centered on business process re-engineering, systems delivery(including offshore model), and project management. In particular, his career has been focusing on bridging people with different cultural background and Shigeaki has extensive experience in managing multi-national team projects helping clients to connect the gap between Japan Head Quarter and regional offices around the world.
